Patented Shoe Seal Lockdown Technology
Unlike traditional O-ring designs, HYCOA JR-33 valves use a patented Shoe Seal Lockdown mechanism that retracts during crossover to eliminate friction and wear — then locks securely into place to provide engineered zero leakage.
Designed for duplex filtration systems and demanding industrial processes, HYCOA valves allow smooth transfer between flow paths without shutdown, pressure loss, or leakage. Available in carbon steel or stainless steel, with flanged or butt weld connections, and tested to API 598 & 614 standards.
