The primary sealing element
The Shoe Assembly is the heart of the HYCOA JR-33 zero-leakage sealing system. Each shoe consists of a precision-machined sealing pad bonded to an elastomeric backing that conforms to the valve seat surface, creating a positive metal-to-elastomer seal with no internal bypass.

HYCOA JR-33 Seal Kits (Soft Parts Kits) contain every elastomeric sealing component needed for a complete valve rebuild in a single, pre-packaged kit. Using a complete kit ensures all seals are replaced simultaneously — eliminating the risk of an older seal failing shortly after a partial rebuild.

Complete internal replacement
The Internal Stack Assembly is the complete modular internal mechanism of the HYCOA JR-33 transfer valve. It integrates the operating shaft, upper and lower sealing pads, slide/link assemblies, sleeves, separator plate, and all sealing elements into a single removable unit — allowing the entire internal mechanism to be replaced without removing the valve body from the piping.
For critical lube oil and hydraulic systems, the cost of unplanned downtime far exceeds the cost of keeping spare parts on the shelf.
Having critical spare parts on-site means a failed seal or worn shoe can be addressed during the next available maintenance window — not after a multi-week parts lead time.
